The store and these terms
Kotafpurex offers written educational materials about Kotlin through kotafpurex.com. Operator details and a working support channel must be published on the Contact Us page before paid orders open. By ordering, you agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Descriptions and prices
Read the selected course description, modules, audience and format before ordering. Prices are shown in EUR and refer to one-time purchases. The payment page must show any applicable tax and the final payable total before confirmation. If it differs from the expected price, do not proceed until clarified.
Ordering and payment
Payments take place on an external provider’s page. Its available payment methods and applicable terms are shown there. This storefront does not collect card numbers. An unsuccessful or abandoned checkout does not create a paid order. Order confirmation and delivery instructions follow payment verification.
Delivery and technical requirements
Materials are digital; nothing is shipped physically. A modern browser and, for downloadable documents, a compatible reader are required. Running exercises may require a Kotlin development environment. Delivery arrangements are described in the Instant Access Policy and must be stated before payment.
Personal study licence
Unless the course states otherwise, a purchase permits personal study use of the supplied material. You may keep personal notes and practise the examples. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly upload the guide itself without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Educational scope
Materials provide educational explanations. They do not include personal tuition, certificates, accreditation or guarantees of employment or any other result. Your learning experience depends on your starting knowledge and practice.
Refunds, cancellation and rights
The Refund Policy explains how delivery problems, duplicate charges and description issues are handled. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
The terms applying to an order are those shown when it was placed. Later changes do not remove existing rights. Use the published Contact Us details for questions or complaints.
